  1. L foot steps 90° counterclockwise into a L back stance; L knife hand block.
  2. R foot steps forward into R front stance, R upper punch.
  3. Turn 180° clockwise into a R back stance; R knife hand block.
  4. L Foot steps forward into a L front stance, L upper punch.
  5. Turn 90° counterclockwise into a L front stance, L low block.
  6. R foot steps forward into  R front stance, R double arm block.
  7. L foot steps forward into L front stance, L double arm block.
  8. R foot steps forward into R front stance, R upper punch (Ki-Ap_
  9. Pivot 270° counterclockwise into L back stance, L knife hand block.
  10. R foot steps forward into R front stance, R upper punch.
  11. Turn 180° clockwise into R back stance, R knife hand block.
  12. L Foot steps forward into L front stance, L upper punch.
  13. Turn 90° counterclockwise into L front stance, L Low block.
  14. R foot steps forward into a R front stance, R double arm block.
  15. L foot steps forward into L Front stance, L double arm block.
  16. R foot steps forward into R front stance, R upper punch (Ki-Ap)
  17. Pivot 270° counterclockwise into L back stance; L knife hand block.
  18. R foot steps forward into R front stance, R upper punch.
  19. Turn 180° clockwise into R back stance, R knife hand block.
  20. L foot steps forward into L front stance, L upper punch.                Turn 90 counterclockwise as L foot brought back into ready stance.
