I shall observe the tenants of Taekwon-Do

나는   태권도   정신을  준수한다.

Na-nun taekwondo chong-shi-nul chun-su-han-da.

I shall respect my Instructors and seniors.

나는   사과  사벙을  존겅한다.

Na-nun sabom-kwa son-bae-rul chon-gyong-han-da.

I shall never misuse Taekwon-do.

나는  태권도를  걸구  오용지  앉는다.

Na-nun taekwondo-rul chol-dae nam-yong-chi an-ket-da.

I shall be a champion of freedom and justice.

니는   자유와  정어어  승리자  된다.

Na-nun cha-yu-wa chong-ui-ui sa-do-ga twi-ket-da.

I shall build a more peaceful world.

나는 ㅣ븡 화로운   세상읍  설현한다.

 Na-nun po-da do pyong-hwa-su-ro-un il-lyu-sa-hwi-rul i-ruk-ha-get-da.

Here is the student oath that predates the one above.

We as members, train our spirits and bodies according to the strict code.

We as members, are united in mutual friendship.

We as members, will comply with regulations and obey the instructors.
