T’ONG-IL: denotes the unification of Korea which has been divided into two.The diagram (l) represents the homogenous race.

Ready Posture:Parallel stance with both hands crossed in front of abdomen

1. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance while extending both fists to ‘D’ horizontally. Perform in slow motion.

2. Extend both knife-hands horizontally to the sides. Perform in slow motion.

3. Move right foot in an arc to ‘D’ forming left back stance while executing middle section block with right inner forearm. Perform in slow motion.

4. Chang the position of hands while forming right front stance slipping right foot. Perform in slow motion.

5. Punch with right fist while forming left back stance pulling right foot. Perform in fast motion.

6. Execute mid section punch with left fist. Perform in fast motion.

7. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming right back stance at the same time execute high section block with right outer forearm and low section block with left forearm.

8. Execute crescent kick to left palm with right foot.

9. Lower right foot to ‘D’ forming right back stance at the same time execute high section block to ‘C’ with left outer forearm and low section block with the right forearm.

10. Execute crescent kick to right palm with left foot.

11. Lower left foot to ‘D’ forming right back stance while bringing both reverse knife hands horizontally in front of chest. Perform in slow motion.

12. Move right foot to ‘D’ in an arc forming right front stance while executing high section side block with right reverse knife hand. Perform in slow motion.

13. Execute mid section side block with left reverse knife hand. Perform in slow motion.

14. Execute mid section punch with right fist. Perform in fast motion.

15. Execute mid section punch with left fist. Perform in fast motion.

16. Execute mid section front snap kick with left foot keeping both hands as they were in 15.

17. Lower left foot to ‘C’ in a stamping motion forming right back stance at the same time execute downward strike with left back fist.

18. Execute mid section front snap kick with right foot keeping both hands as they were in 17.

19. Lower right foot to ‘D’ in a stamping motion forming a left back stance while executing downward strike with right back fist.

20. Execute high section punch with left fist while forming right front stance slipping right foot. Perform in fast motion.

21. Execute a high section punch with right fist. Perform in fast motion.

22. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming left rear foot stance while executing upward block with left bow wrist.

23. Move right foot to ‘D’ forming left rear foot stance while executing upward block with right bow wrist.

24. Move left foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance while executing pressing block with left palm fist. Perform in slow motion.

25. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance while changing the position of hands. Perform in slow motion.

26. Bring left foot to right foot forming ‘C’ stance at the same timebring both hands in a circular motion in front of abdomen. Perform in slow motion.

27. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming left front stance while executing rising block with left knife hand.

28. Execute high section punch with right fist.

29. Move right foot to ‘D’ in a sliding motion forming left backstance at the same time execute upset punch with left fist pulling right hand fist in front of left shoulder.

30. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance while executing crescent punch with right fist.

31. Mover left foot on line ‘CD’ forming right front stance toward ‘C’ while executing rising block with right knife hand toward ‘C’.

32. Execute high section punch with left fist.

33. Move left foot to ‘C’ in a sliding motion to form right back stance at the same time execute upset punch with right fist pulling left hand fist in front of right shoulder.

34. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming right front stance while executing crescent punch with left fist.

35. Execute low section with right reverse knife hand in a circular motion while forming a left back stance pulling left foot.

36. Execute left section block with left reverse knife hand in a circular motion while forming right back stance toward ‘D’ pivoting with right foot.

37. Execute left side block with right forearm and mid section block with left knife hand while forming left front stance slipping left foot.

38. Move right foot to ‘D’ in a stamping motion forming right front stance while executing high section vertical punch with twin fist.

39. Pull right foot to left knee joint forming one leg stance at the same time strike left palm with right back forearm in front of chest.

40. Execute mid section back thrusting kick to ‘C’ with right foot.

41. Lower right foot to ‘C’ forming rear stance toward ‘A’ at the same time execute W shape block with forearm.

42. Slide to ‘C’ maintaining rear stance while executing W-shape block with forearm.

43. Move right foot to ‘D’ in a stamping motion forming rear stance toward ‘B’ while executing W-shape block with forearm.

44. Slide to ‘C’ maintaining rear stance while executing W-shape block with forearm.

45. Pull left foot to right knee joint forming one leg stance toward ‘C’ while striking right palm with left back forearm in front of chest.

46. Execute mid section back thrusting kick to ‘D’ with left foot.

47. Lower left foot to ‘C’ forming left X stance toward ‘C’ at the same time execute pressing block with x-fist.

48. Move rightfoot to ‘D’ forming left front stance while executing high section inward strike with right flat fist.

49. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance while executing high section inward strike with right flat fist.

50. Execute mid section pushing block with left palm fist.

51. Execute circular block to ‘A’ with right knife hand while forming left front stance toward ‘AD’. Perform in slow motion.

52. Move left foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance while executing mid section pushing block with right palm fist. Perform in slow motion.

53. Execute circular block to ‘B’ with left knife hand while forming right front stance toward ‘BD’. Perform in slow motion.

54. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance at the same time execute rising block with right forearm.

55. Move right on line ‘CD’ forming left front stance toward ‘D’ at the same time execute rising block with left forearm.

56. Execute mid section punch with right fist.
