Kuk Mu Cho Dan  국무 초단 Kuk Mu 1

  1. Left foot steps 90° counter clockwise into a Left back stance, Left inside to out single arm block.
  2. Keep same stance, execute a Left knife hand strike.
  3. Turn 180° clockwise into a Right Back stance, Right inside to out single arm block.
  4. Keep same stance, execute a Right knife hand strike.
  5. Left foot steps 90° counter clockwise into a Left front stance, Left low block.
  6. Right foot steps forward into a Right front stance, execute a Right high block.
  7. Left foot steps forward into a Left front stance, execute a left high block.
  8. Right foot steps forward into a right front stance, execute a Right middle punch with Ki-ap.
  9. Pivot 270° counterclockwise into a left back stance, execute a left inside to out single arm block.
  10. Keep same stance, execute a Left knife hand strike.
  11. Turn 180° clockwise into a Right back stance, execute a Right inside to out single are block.
  12. Keep the same stance, execute a Right knife hand strike.
  13. Left foot steps 90° counterclockwise into a left front stance, execute a Left low block.
  14. Right foot steps forward into a Right front stance, execute  a Right high block.
  15. Left foot steps forward into a Left front stance, execute a Left high block.
  16. Right foot steps forward into a Right front stance, execute a Right middle punch. Ki-Ap
  17. Pivot 270° counterclockwise into a Left back stance, execute a Left inside to out single arm block.
  18. Keep the same stance, Left knife hand strike.
  19. Turn 180° clockwise into a Right back stance, execute a Right inside to out single arm block.
  20. Keep the Same Stance, execute a Right knife hand strike.

Turn 90° counterclockwise with left foot retreats into ready position.
