KWANG-GAE: is picked after the famous Kwang-Gae – T’o Wang, the 19th King of the Koguru? Dynasty, who regained all the lost territories including the greater part of Manchuria.The Diagram represents the expansion and recovery of lost territory.The 39 movements refer to his reign for 39 years.

Ready Posture:

1. Bring left foot to right foot while bringing both hands in a circular motion to form close ready stance ‘B’. Perform in a slow motion.

2. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming left front stance while executing upset punch with right fist. Perform in a slow motion.

3. Move right foot to ‘D’ forming right front stance while executing upset punch with left fist. Perform in a slow motion.

4. Bring left foot in front of right foot and then move right foot to ‘D’ forming right front stance while executing high section hooking block with right knife hand. Perform in double-stepping motion.

5. Move right foot to ‘C’ in a sliding motion forming right back stance at the same time execute low section block with left knife hand.

6. Bring right foot in front of left foot and then move left foot to ‘D’ forming left front stance while executing high section hooking block with left knife hand. Perform in double-stepping motion.

7. Move left foot to ‘C’ in a sliding motion forming left back stance at the same time execute low section block with right knife hand.

8. Move left foot to ‘D’ forming right rear front stance while executing high section guarding block with knife hand.

9. Move right foot to ‘D’ forming left rear front stance while executing high section guarding block with knife hand.

10. Move left foot to ‘D’ and then turn counter clockwise to form left front stance toward ‘C’ at the same time execute upward block with right palm fist. Perform in slow motion.

11. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front stance while executing upward block with left palm fist. Perform in slow motion.

12. Bring both back hands in front of abdomen in a circular motion keeping right hand on the other at the same time bring left foot to right foot forming close stance toward ‘C’. Perform in slow motion.

13. Executing pressing kick to ‘E’ with left foot. Double kick with 14.

14. Execute mid section side thrusting kick to ‘E’ with left foot. Double kick with 13.

15. Lower left foot to ‘E’ forming right back stance while executing inward strike with right knife hand.

16. Execute downward strike to ‘E’ with left hammer fist while forming close stance toward ‘C’ by pulling left foot to right foot.

17. Execute pressing kick to ‘F’ with right foot. Double kick with 18.

18. Execute mid section side thrusting kick to ‘F’ with right foot. Double kick with 17.

19. Lower right foot to ‘F’ forming left back stance while executing inward strike with left knife hand.

20. Execute downward strike to ‘F’ with right hammer fist while forming close stance toward ‘C’ by pulling right foot to left foot.

21. Move left foot to ‘C’ forming left front stance low stance while executing pressing block with left palm fist. Perform in a slow motion.

22. Move right foot to ‘C’ forming right front low stance while executing pressing block with left palm fist. Perform in a slow motion.

23. Move right foot to ‘D’ in a stamping motion forming rear stance toward ‘F’ while executing side strike with right back fist.

24. Execute mid section block with right double forearm while forming right front stance toward ‘D’ pivoting on the left foot.

25. Execute low section block with left forearm while shifting to ‘C’ keeping right hand as it was in 24.

26. Execute high section thrust to ‘D’ with right flat finger spear while forming right front low stance slipping right foot. Perform in a slow motion.

27. Move left foot on line ‘CD’ in a stamping motion forming rear stance toward ‘F’ while executing side strike with left back fist.

28. Execute mid section block with left double forearm while forming left front stance toward ‘C’ pivoting with left foot.

29. Execute low section block with right forearm while shifting to ‘D’ keeping left hand as it was in 28.

30. Execute high section thrust to ‘C’ with left flat spear finer while forming rear front low stance slipping with left foot. Perform in a slow motion.

31. Move right foot in a stamping motion to ‘C’ forming right front stance at the same time execute high section vertical punch with twin fist.

32. Move left foot to ‘A’ in a stamping motion formingleft front stance while executing upset punch with twin fist.

33. Execute mid section front snap kick to ‘A’ with right foot keeping both hands as they are in 32.

34. Lower right foot to left foot and then move left foot to ‘A’ forming left back stance toward ‘B’ forming left front stance at the same time execute high section punch with elft fist.

35. Move left foot to ‘B’ forming a left front stance at the same time execute high section punch with left fist.

36. Move right foot to ‘B’ in a stamping motion forming right front stance while executing upset punch with twin fist.

37. Execute mid section front snap kick to ‘B’ with left foot keeping both hands as they were in 36.

38. Lower left foot to right foot and then move right foot to ‘B’ forming right back stance toward ‘A’ at the same time execute mid section guarding block with knife hand.

39. Move right foot to ‘A’ forming right front stance while executing high section punch with right fist.

End: Bring the left foot back to a ready position with Heaven Hands towards D.
