Ready Stance: Close ready stance type C, toward C.

1. Slide to C, forming a right L stance toward D while executing a half facing right side elbow thrust to the side rear.
2. Slide to A, forming a right L stance toward B while executing a half facing right side elbow thrust to the side rear.
3. Slide to D, forming a right L stance toward C while executing a half facing right side elbow thrust to the rear.
4. Slide to B, forming a right L stance toward A while executing a half facing right side elbow thrust to the right rear.
END: Bring the right foot back to a ready posture.

NOTE: Four direction thrust should be performed “right then left” or “left then right” as a continuous execrise.
